We ask for your name, email and target suburbs. You can add your budget, property type, timing and other requirements. If you have used our tools, your own saved brief may prefill parts of the enquiry; check those details before submitting.
Who receives your details
Your enquiry is stored by Baxau and sent to the operator for handling. As explained before submission and in our terms, the details may be shared with one or more buyers agents so they can contact you about the brief. This request is separate from opting into market-update emails.
The scope of matching
Coverage, availability and fit vary. Baxau does not promise an introduction, a fixed response time or a whole-market comparison. A register verification, where available, is a dated licence-status check and not a quality rating.
Before you engage
Speak with the agent about local experience, scope, fee including GST, conflicts and the engagement agreement. Check the current licence yourself. The agent is an independent provider and is responsible for the services you agree with them.
There is no charge to submit a Baxau enquiry and no obligation to engage an agent. Ask about any commercial arrangements relevant to an introduction. We do not present editorial articles as a paid ranking of agents.
